A 31-year-old Colorado woman is facing only probation — and number Imprisonment — After admitting to having sex with a 13-year-old boy and pregnant with his child.
Andrea Serrano (pictured above in her mugshot) was arrested back in 2022 and charged with sexual abuse for allegedly having a sexual relationship with an unidentified 13-year-old boy. The affair, which took place in Fountain City, made Serrano pregnant. Serrano then became pregnant intermittently. earlier this year She had a teenage first son. God help!!

The legal aspect of this horrific ordeal is now official: Serrano will not face any prison sentence in this case, despite admitting to sexually abusing a teenage boy. “I feel like my son’s childhood was stolen. He must now be a father. He is a victim and he will live with that for the rest of his life.”
Not kidding.
The teenage boy’s mother was confused by the apparent double standard. So he pondered what would happen if roles were reversed, and a 31-year-old man did the same for a 13-year-old girl:
“I felt that if she was a man and he was a little girl. It would definitely be different. they will be incarcerated I feel like because he’s not a woman, they’re not. They took pity on her because she was pregnant.”
It’s definitely a fair question…
According to local news outlets, it’s “unclear” why the District Attorney agreed to a jail-free deal here. In that final, heartbreaking proclamation The boy’s mother said the abuse and subsequent pregnancy had “stopped working” her son and that he was experiencing depression due to the traumatic experience. As for Serrano, the official length of her probation will be decided by a judge in May. Surprisingly, she received full custody of the babies born to her through rape. The teenager’s family has filed a petition with the family court for custody of the baby due to a criminal case related to the birth of the child.
