Gold Coast Suns player Ben King bought a Burley Heads mansion from MAFS star for $3.87m with the help of buyers’ agent Jake Edwards

AFL player Ben King has spent $3.875 million on a five-bedroom mansion in Burley Heads on the Gold Coast.

The Gold Coast Sons forward, 22, recruited buyers’ agent Jake Edwards from the Married At First Sight star to help find the property and seal the deal.

Edwards, who started his real estate business Edwards & Mills last year, said King’s busy sports schedule meant he had trouble finding a home on his own.

Edwards himself, a former foot player, said, ‘He reached out to me and he was very clear on what he wanted with regards to style.’

‘Being a Melbourne guy, he liked the trendy contemporary Melbourne look, but also that coastal boho vibe, which is reflected in the property.’

Built in 2018 on a 775 square meter block, the architecturally designed home boasts an ultra-chic style and holiday ambiance.
