IPL is going strong and many celebrities including film stars and their families have cited the games. Last week actress Trisha and members of Chennai Super Kings support team were spotted during the game and we have got a very special star family supporting their home team at Chepauk Stadium, the home ground of Chennai Super Kings. The family in question belongs to superstar Ajith Kumar, one of the biggest stars in Tamil cinema. The actor was not present during the game but his wife, daughter and son were present to support their team.
Ajith’s family was seen supporting Chennai Super Kings at Chepauk Stadium
The family can be seen enjoying the game with their friends on the stands. Ajith’s children with wife, yesteryear actress Shalini, are his elder daughter Anushka Kumar and younger son Advik Kumar. Advik can be seen wearing a yellow colored Chennai Super Kings jersey and he is clearly enjoying the game. The family is quite reserved and rarely seen in public, and Ajith Kumar is also known to be a recluse, disappearing after each film to spend time together, on trips around the world.
Ajith was last seen in the moderately successful film Thunivu, which released last year. Since then, there has been no confirmed project from his end, though there were rumors of him joining hands with Vignesh Sivan for a big entertainer under Lyca Productions, the project was shelved in the final stages. However, a recent official update has come that he will be working with renowned filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni instead. The yet untitled project which is titled AK62 will be bankrolled by Lyca Productions. The big budget action thriller that will see Ajith in a never seen before avatar is expected to go on floors in the coming days.
