Bam Marghera Arrested for Domestic Violence after kicking girlfriend

Bam Marghera is on fire after being arrested for kicking his girlfriend during a domestic violence dispute.

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department told TMZ that officers were called to the Escondido property. California at about 5:00 a.m. on Thursday Before the authorities detained Marghera

Although the alleged victim – who has not been identified – told law enforcement that her “husband” kicked her. But sources tell TMZ that Margera’s estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, isn’t involved.

The next day, the “Jackass” alum filed $50,000 bail and was released from custody.

It comes a month after Boyd filed a lawsuit to separate Marghera, 43, amid ongoing concerns about his health.

The model’s lawyer, David Glass, told TMZ that Boyd reached her final straw after seeing the reality star behave “inappropriately” while appearing intoxicated with their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

Although Margera claims to be sober, the 39-year-old had to choose. She ultimately pleaded for Phoenix’s legal and physical custody, as well as spousal support.

Boyd would allow Marghera, whom she married in 2013, to oversee their son’s visit.

Meanwhile, Boyd isn’t the only one worried about the former pro skateboarder.

Earlier this year, Steve-O pleaded with Margera to be sober and emotionally demanding. He said he feared the reality TV star was close to death.

“Bam, last night you brought my 5-year-old son up on stage for my show. And you’re happy to have the opportunity to spend another day or two with him. As soon as you left my show you sleep all night Loads enough to think it would be a good idea to post this kind of nonsense,” the 48-year-old wrote under Margera’s odd social media post.

Steve-O, who had been quiet for nearly 15 years, asked Margera to “choose recovery” for the sake of his loved ones.

“I hope you know how much I hated the feeling of hearing the news of your death. But you made it clear that I had no other choice,” he concluded. “You’re dying, brother, and it’s too bad I can’t do anything to help you.”

Margera has been in and out of rehab since 2009. In fact, he escaped court-ordered rehabilitation more than three times last year.
