CAROL Vorderman covered up her curves as she lay in the sun in Portugal.
Making sure her skin was completely protected from the strong rays, Carol wore her new pink rash vest and navy leggings.
She told fans: “We all used to sunbathe covered with cooking oil in the 60s and 70s after being a little more careful in the sun these days!!!! Never heard of sun protection then. Ha. Ah ok.
“These rash vests are great in water. Get wet and dry out really easily. Perfect ️❤️❤️❤️.”
The TV star enjoyed a boat ride with friends including Rob Rinder and with smiles on everyone’s face, it was a day to remember.
Carol, 61, has been taking some rest and relaxation at the Juice Master Retreat last week.

There’s yoga, swimming, sauna and paddleboarding as Carol re-calibrates her mind and body.
The 5 a.m. start has got Carol ready for the day, with early morning swimming under the stars and morning yoga sessions impressing fans.
Carol’s escape comes after she opened up about her battle with depression during menopause.
The former Countdown star talks about her experience on the menopause bus on ITV’s This Morning.
,[It’s] So important is the work the show and all the charities are doing,” she later said on Instagram.
She continued: “We were inundated with women coming on the bus to talk about their issues and the more we talk about it, the better and stronger we are.
“I had hormonal depression for a while during perimenopause. It was terrible to the point of feeling suicidal. I have never before in my life worried other than for no particular reason (bullying or harassment).
“But it was in those years when women were told to shut up and shut up. well i didn’t. I sought out a doctor because I had self-diagnosed that profound depression was linked to hormones.
“Go girls…. we’re in this together,” she concluded.
