The Boston heat hasn’t hindered the filming of Marvel’s new blockbuster, Madame Webb, starring Dakota Johnson.

The scorching humidity also didn’t stop the 32-year-old star from wearing a red leather jacket that her character, Madame Webb, would soon become synonymous with the film’s release, when she was seen on the sets on Monday.

This is not the first time that Johnson has been seen working in the film. Viewers snapped behind-the-scenes photos and videos while the crew captured the streets of Boston, making parts of the East Coast city look like its New York counterpart.

Johnson, originally hailed from Fifty Shades of Grey, has grown as an actor over the years and her introduction as Madame Webb in Sony’s Marvel Universe of Spider-Man Characters is a rising star. Will add remarkable depth to their portfolio.

Johnson worked out his scenes today wearing a red leather jacket, jeans, and black combat-style boots, the character of which can certainly be seen throughout the film.

In February, headlines broke when news broke of Johnson playing the lead in the film. Madame Web is Sony’s first modern comic book adaptation to feature a woman in the title role.

In a 1980 comic book written by Denny O’Neill and illustrated by John Romita Jr., Madame Webb is portrayed as an elderly woman with a chronic autoimmune disorder (myasthenia gravis), who is forced to use a life support system. Requires a web that looks like a spider.

Webb was first introduced in the series in the 1980s. The Amazing Spider-Man Number 210 is a clairvoyant mutant whose abilities benefit Spider-Man and other heroes who call themselves Spider-Women.

Madame Webb’s age and medical condition prevent her from actively fighting villains, but she is a major component in the interconnected multiverse and sources confirm that the project (in other words, the protagonist herself) may be turning into something more. .
