Hugh Grant There was at least one person in his corner amid the backlash about his awkward AF interview. Ashley Graham!
For those who don’t know Notting Hill The star has had a worthy interview with the 35-year-old model during ABC‘s Oscar Prior to Sunday’s show, Hugh gave her a very short answer, basically giving her very little to work with. He then rolled his eyes at Ashley when their conversation was over!
Although many people thought that the 62-year-old had been rude to Ashley. his old friend and past music and lyrics perform Drew Barrymore sees Hugh as his classic “grumpy” self. While talking about what Hugh said, “Her singing is awful” in a video interview. WIRED’s autocomplete interviewThe 48-year-old actress came out to defend his red carpet interview. She said on Friday’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show:
“If you know Hugh That’s how he loves you. It’s funny too because this kind of thing happened to him and Ashley. Graham on the red carpet And people were like, ‘Oh, he’s a coward and she’s swinging so much,’ and I was like, ‘No, that’s Hugh Grant.’”

“You think you’re going to get this glamorous movie star. and what you really get is the grumpy Hugh And then you fell in love with the grumpy Hugh. when he said that I’m telling you he’s very funny. Yeah… we don’t know if that’s a good thing or not. Drew then notices that it takes her “seconds” to get used to Hugh’s personality and behavior before growing to “love” him:
“Maybe like Ashley Graham on the rug, like, ‘Who am I dealing with?’ And I’m like, oh no, I love you. I want to love you. You don’t let me love you when i got to know him I’m like I love you i really love you He was hilarious, a good person.”
