Honey Boo Boo has issued an apology to everyone who was offended by Blaccent.
In a TikTok Live session, Honey Bubu said, “I’m really going to start saying this… OK, because everyone thinks I’m a slum. I want to show how fucking slums it is.”
Viewers were outraged, with many calling her a racist.
“No, I didn’t mean to offend anyone!” she wrote on Instagram. “I do this because people tend to criticize how ‘ghetto’ my words are, which I feel I can’t. I feel like I am my true self.”
“I’d like to add that I’m not being rude or disrespectful by touching my head,” she continues. “I[understand]that people use that to relieve itching when they wear their hair. I know, I like to try it out. New wigs as well… Lastly, I’ll talk about this topic at the end.”
