The 48-year-old Welsh actor and his girlfriend, 29, went hand in hand to walk their dog in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Ioan had previously won a temporary restraining order against Alice, but on Tuesday, a US judge confirmed that harsher sanctions were in place, including a ruling preventing Alice from leaking private text messages from her children.

In new court documents, Ioan claimed that Alice continued to cause her issues and wanted to add additional provisions to the existing restraining order.
