On March 25, 2022, Jeremiah revealed that he and Carmela were no longer together.

The pair’s breakup was announced a few weeks after Carmela filed a restraining order against Jeremiah on Thursday, March 10.
On April 13, 2022, Jeremiah was hospitalized with diabetic ketoacidosis.
Diabetic acidosis is a health complication that occurs when your body doesn’t have enough insulin to get blood sugar into your cells to use for energy.

He told his fans, “I was in the ICU one day. Then they said they would transfer me because my level looked good.

Jeremiah lives in Newcomerstown, Ohio and sells his own Tupperware products.

He is scheduled to return in Return to Amish season seven.
In an update to fans on Facebook, he confirmed that filming is complete in early 2022 and that the cast is “waiting for TLC to film.”
