Bam Margera was arrested after allegedly making a scene in a restaurant where his estranged wife and son were eating… and police said Bam was publicly drunk.
A law enforcement source told TMZ…Police in Burbank received a call around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday due to a disturbance at a Thai restaurant. and when the officers arrived They discovered that the “Jackass” star was arguing with a woman. The argument grew louder and louder.
Our source said that when the police arrived at the restaurant, Bam can’t take care of himself. and was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

There are videos on social media showing Bam at a restaurant. And he was obviously upset. The footage shows Margera walking in and out of the restaurant while the police look on.
