James, 34, took to Instagram to show off his stylish outfit for his tennis match.
The reality favorite opted for a one-piece from designer Sergio Tacchini—which consisted of a white polo shirt, matching shorts, and a cream jacket.
James later took to his social media to showcase his skills on the court.
Later he went to the gym and showed off his trim figure in a mirror selfie.
James confesses: “From court to gym. Muscles need to be gained and toned.”
The ITV star has looked unbelievable in recent weeks, shedding an incredible 14 stone.
James had a gastric band operation last year.
Despite losing all the weight and looking happier than ever, Arg admitted that doctors had ordered her to put back some of the weight.
Just last month, James looked slimmer than ever in a baby blue suit as he performed with The Arg Band.
The star wore a smart jacket while going on stage to sing at a gig recently.
