Sriken led the game into the first break. But she was behind Masucci in Double Jeopardy. She was able to turn things around. Heading into the Final Jeopardy in the lead for $21,400, Masucci was second for $17,200 and Davis was third for $5,200.
This is the final danger no one can solve. Category:American authors. Hint: “In an 1807 journal he called New York City ‘Gotham, Gotham! The most enlightened city’” The correct answer is Washington Irving.
Sriken chose to laugh instead of making educated guesses. by writing the answer “Goodbye cruel world”, assuming she lost. Davis guessed “Thomas Payne” and Masucci guessed “Harper.”
Davis hoped he got the answer right. by betting $5,000 in addition to his $5,200. Sadly, he was down to just $200. Masucci’s $8,200 bet dropped her to $9,000. Sriken’s surprisingly small bet of $4,201 dropped her to $17,199, meaning she’d be back in the day. March 30
