Jim Brown, the NFL star who was a Cleveland Browns fullback who also became a Hollywood actor starring in the movies, ‘The Dirty Dozen,’ ‘Ice Station Zebra,’ and ‘100 Rifles,’ has died at the age of 87. May 18, 2023, at his home in Los Angeles. Jim was an icon in the NFL, Hollywood, and the Civil Rights Movement. Jim played nine seasons in the NFL before becoming an actor in action movies. Jim was married to Sue Brown for 13 years and they had three children before divorcing. He was joined by his wife, Monique, with whom he shares a child, when she died.
