Keke Palmer is still booked and busy! Just weeks after giving birth to her son Leodis Andrellton Jackson with boyfriend Darius Jackson, the 29-year-old superstar announced on March 7 that she has a new documentary in the works.
In addition to snippets from his upcoming project, Palmer wrote on Instagram, “‘BIG BOSS’ a musical story that chronicles my experience in the music industry. I can’t wait for you guys to see the film and listen to this album.” Palmer’s visual footage over the years Including clips of her childhood and career in the entertainment industry.
“I grew up in a very spiritual home. Go to church every Sunday I am a child who always practices Dharma. But I still want to know what this word means. They often say that the word is for life. I never know why until I started living,” Palmer said in a voiceover. “Going over the inner story that tells me that no matter how far I have come I’m still not good enough one thing different The feeling of loneliness was another story. We all have obstacles. But this one I had enough.” I don’t need to be accepted by cool or elite kids, I just need to be accepted by me.”
Palmer debuted the documentary and accompanying album for the first time in an interview with Vogue in July 2022, describing the record as “a stellar album”. She also revealed that the album will include a remake of her song “Bottoms Up” with her sister Loreal.
Palmer’s documentary takes place four months after the launch of her new digital network KeyTV Next. She will star in Amazon Studios’ “Moxie” and “Super Toys” alongside Sacha Baron Cohen.
