Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has gone into hiding after an alleged assault by her boyfriend — and fears she may have broken her eye socket.
Lauren, 35, is holed up with a friend at a secret address because she fears hitting on Charles Dury, who has been granted bail on suspicion of assaulting her after her child’s funeral.
He has to wait anxiously for X-ray results after he suffered a serious facial injury in the alleged early hours last Thursday.
Drury, a 25-year-old builder, is said to have assaulted her just hours after a private family burial made for the tragic Lorena, who died shortly after birth on July 8 following complications.
Ten doctors fought to save the 9lb mite, which had a fast heartbeat, before Lauren’s contractions began.
Drury, who denied the Essex attack in Upminster, was detained by police in east London all day before being released on bail at 3 a.m. Friday.
Sources say Lauren fears the bail conditions don’t prevent her from entering the county, which means she could bump into them.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Lauren is absolutely terrified. It has shaken her badly.
“He suffered some serious injuries and fears that his eye socket is broken.
“She’s still in a lot of pain and is waiting for X-ray results to see how severe it is.”
The source added: “Lauren is now hiding with a friend. She really insists that Charlie’s bail conditions do not specify that she is kept out of the Essex area.
“She doesn’t want to be allowed to set foot in Essex.
“She is very shaken by this situation.”
Drury, LaRose’s one-year-old daughter with Lauren, approached The Sun for refusing to attack Lauren.
We called yesterday hours after the story was broken and said: “There’s a completely different side to stuff.”
Meanwhile, Dance On Ice and Big Brother star Lauren is said to have been at “rock bottom” even before the alleged assault, after which a friend took her to the hospital.
Just days after the death, she posted a picture of herself holding her baby’s tiny hand.
The day before Drury’s arrest, she said on Instagram: “I took you. I thought you grew.
“Looking for the day we would meet. Dreamed of your future”.
Police confirmed they were called at 00.37 on Thursday to an address in Upminster, Essex, with reports of an altercation.

A spokesman said: “A 30-year-old woman with bruises on her face was found at the scene. A 25-year-old man has been arrested for assault.
“He was taken to an east London police station and later granted bail for further questioning.”
