Lauren Gudgar’s boyfriend Charles Drury has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his daughter just hours after her tragic funeral.
Police were called after heart-broken reality star Lauren, 35, was involved in a violent clash with her builder boyfriend Drury, 25, early Thursday.
Former TOWIE star Lauren was taken to hospital with a serious facial injury.
His latest ordeal came after a private family funeral for his 9lb daughter Lorena – who was pronounced dead soon after she was born last month.
The alleged incident took place at an address in Upminster, Essex.
A source told The Sun: “It happened after Lauren and Charlie came back from Lorena’s funeral.

“He had a private family function on Wednesday which was not publicized. Obviously it was a very emotional time.
“Lauren didn’t drink after the funeral and was doing her best to keep it together.
“He has been interviewed by the officials on Thursday and Friday.
“Everyone who knows her is very upset – she was already completely under a rock but it got worse somehow.”
Muscular fitness fanatic Drury – a former boyfriend of Katie Price – was questioned by police throughout Thursday following her arrest before being released on police bail Friday morning.
Dancing on Ice and Big Brother star Lauren was taken to the hospital by her friend after the incident for a medical check-up.
She returned to the hospital today for an X-ray.
Tally Beauty also went to her local police station for further interviews – which she added to her statement – and is being comforted by friends tonight.
Charles’ arrest comes just a day after Lauren shared a touching message for the lost mite Lorena.
Lauren posted an Instagram message explaining how much she loves her daughter, who passed away just minutes after she was born on July 8.
She said: “I pushed you, I thought you grow,” the reality TV star posted in her stories, along with butterfly, angel and pregnancy emoji.
“Looking for the day we’ll meet. Dreamed of my future. Not only did I know you, I fell in love with you.”
Ten doctors try in vain to save Total – before Lauren spends hours saying goodbye to him.
The heartbroken TV star later explained that she still has “a little bulge”, which sometimes deceives her into thinking that her baby girl is “still there”.
She said: “It’s weird. My body feels like it’s unstable, like it’s missing a newborn.”
Lorena was born with two lumps in her umbilical cord that was tied around her neck and died despite having a strong heartbeat before Lauren’s contractions began.
Lauren and Charles – LaRose’s father – had a rocky relationship prior to Thursday’s alleged attack.
The couple was separated for three weeks last year and then reconciled.
But 24-year-old Essex girl Amy Gilbert revealed soon after that she met hunky Charles for sex during the split at their east London home – and even spent a weekend together.
Amy said at the time: “We were messaging for a few days and then he wanted me to visit him at a local place – and I did.
“I slept with him that night, it was intense at first, then he asked me to see him again the next day. I went back and met him again.”
In 2019, Charles revealed that he was the toy lover of 44-year-old Katie Price.
But he told The Sun at the time that he was left “disappointed” in the bedroom and rated the reality show icon “one in ten” after he slept in bed on their first date.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said tonight: “Police were called on Thursday, 4 August at 00:37 to report a dispute at a residential address in Upminster, Essex.
“Officers attended. Injury marks were found on the face of a 30-year-old woman at the spot.

“A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault.
“He was taken to East London Police Station and later granted bail for further questioning. The inquiry is on.”
