Nick Carter is bringing back up to a sex battery case against him…he says he has dozens of witnesses who claim his accusers are full of BS.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the Backstreet Boys member said he had 12 people who testified that the alleged victim’s version of events could not be true.
TMZ broke the story… Nick is being sued. by woman name Shannon Ruthwhich filed the lawsuit in December alleging he sexually harassed her after a concert back in 2001 when she was underage.
But Nick says not so fast… He claims he has 12 witnesses from the concert — fans, security personnel. and the stunt manager — who said the accuser’s story was “impossible”
Remember… Ruth who said she had autism and cerebral palsy. Claims she lined up to get Nick’s autograph after the show. when he allegedly invited her back to his tour bus Teasing her with alcohol and forcing her to perform oral sex with him.
But Nick said dozens of his witnesses testified that it was impossible for him to interact with the alleged victim after the concert… They said there were no autographs and that fans had no access to the tour bus display area. can
Moreover Nick also mentions that one of Ruth’s best friends at the time testified that Ruth was lying about being autistic and suffering from cerebral palsy… and that she didn’t even believe Ruth was. in concert
In the document, Nick claims that another witness testified that they were on the call. Ruth’s name is mentioned as part of a plot to extort Nick… the money-stealing he mentioned earlier. his suit Against Ruth
Bottom line for Nick… He says his accusers are unreliable and he has receipts.
