It was very exciting when it was announced back in December. How’s it going back in the suit… Uh, I guess you’re back in the suit right?
Nicole Mains: Yeah it was, oh, it’s crazy to be back. and I never Really? Out of character because of course I wrote her in the comics. But it feels great to be back doing it again. with my body Not just writing text on a page. can actually is her again
Even the fitting was so much fun, just like, “Yeah, these are Nia’s clothes.” You know, walking through the shelves and seeing this beautiful sheer fabric and floral print, I was like, “Yeah, here she is.”
So you came to Central City because Nia had a dream about Iris (Candice Patton), right? What can you tell me? Obviously it wasn’t a good dream.
Was it ever with Nia? Have you ever had a good dream?laugh) I try to figure out what I can and can’t say… Nia struggles to delve into her vision. Adventure in the land of dreams further than ever before. hoping to get to know more about her powers Do you know how little it gives? Frozen 2, you know? “Don’t go too far, you’ll drown” is very enough. And she has a vision about Iris which doesn’t bode well for Iris…I don’t know if she is dangerous. I don’t know if you’ll help me or not. But I know I must be in central city

And how will her arrival be dealt with?
It’s like two boyfriends meeting each other. You know, “Hey girl, I feel like I just saw you. What? what happened? So what are you doing here…in my office in the middle of the night?”(laugh) These are two characters that we have never seen together. But we played together as if we had met before and spent time together. This is just the first time we’ll see them interact on screen.

It’s really two journalists putting this story together, isn’t it?
Totally. We’ve had each type in the same realm until now. And we’re about to get these two women together. And I had so much fun with Candice, oh my god, she was so funny and we had so much fun during our take, doing TikToks and laughing together, but Iris and Nia were just like you said. They are both journalists and supporters of each other. So they have the same idea. And as they are pushed into this dream together They are all from an investigative point of view. and try to solve this mystery together they are like “Can we do it? of course we can Both of us are smart and talented women. We got this” and we don’t have this at all (laugh)
Will we see a version of the person we know in the dream world?
Oh yes. It’s a new way of interpreting the Dreamer’s power because we’re dealing with destiny and the future in a way like any other timeline. A dreamer’s vision often represents her vision of the present future, right? But here’s an interesting way to showcase her power. alternately Gift if it makes sense? And it’s something new for Dreamers.

Yes. Yes. She will find what she is looking for. But it wasn’t what she expected.

Wild. I mean my favorite! I saw people posting on social media saying, “Nicole Maines, come on. yellow shirt It’s so random.” And I love it! That’s me, old Nicole. It was crazy when I auditioned. I am very excited and certain I blew it too And then they threw me! I am in all seasons It worked well too because it was filmed in Vancouver so I paused one episode. yellow shirt And that’s when I went to shoot. The Flash.
And this second season is…
Oh my god. It’s so good. Yes. It’s crazy. It doubles up on everything we’ve loved since season one. So it gets even crazier. more insane People do bad things, worse, more scary. And do you know what the phrase is? “I support women’s rights. but more importantly I support women’s guilt ”(laugh)
