Pierce Brosnan’s youngest sons Dylan, 25, and Paris, 21, have admitted they didn’t know their 007 star father was famous when they were growing up.
Discovering family life in a new interview with GQ69-year-old Brosnan’s offspring joined their dad as they revealed they just “think he has a lot of friends”.
Musician Dylan also shared that once he found out about stardom, he would keep it a secret from his friends, who were shocked by the discovery.

Pearce, who is best known for playing the eponymous James Bond in the franchise from 1995 to 2002, is also father to Sean, 38, Christopher, 49, and Charlotte, who tragically died aged 41 in 2013.
Pierce shared Dylan and Paris with his wife of 21 years, Keeley Shay Smith, while he adopted first wife Cassandra Harris’ children Christopher and Charlotte in the 1980s, when they welcomed Sean together.
Calling his dad “the nicest guy,” Dylan admitted of his dad: “I always thought he had a lot of friends growing up.
“Because people come up to him on the street, and he’s like the nicest guy, so he talks to everybody for a really long time.”

Pierce’s second-youngest child also admitted he doesn’t tell anyone who his father is, with friends on shcok when they eventually meet his famous family.
“I don’t say that to anyone under any circumstances,” Dylan joked.
Despite their close relationship, Pierce’s younger sons don’t seem to be following in the Hollywood footsteps of their father – who advised them against acting.
And describing why he doesn’t encourage it, the actor simply explained: Just because it’s fucking hard work. This is a cross to wear. You build and destroy.
But some other family members have dabbled in the acting scene, with Piers’ son Sean appearing in films such as My Father Die and No Easy Day.

Pearce, who trained as a commercial artist, has his first gallery exhibition planned for 2023 – and enjoys painting with youngest son Paris.
Admitting he was “filled with pride” to see his Parisian paint, the actor shared how the death of his first wife Cassandra prompted him to paint more as a coping mechanism.
Cassandra tragically lost her life to ovarian cancer in 1991 and her daughter Carlotte died of the same disease in 2013.
Dealing with the pain after the diagnosis, Pierce explained: “Carrying the weight, pain and fear of this disease, I took the paints out. And he began to paint. With my fingers. Actually, with your hands.
