‘At the end of the day I’ve lost half my reproductive system and you always wonder will it be easy? Will it be difficult will it take a few years? Isn’t it going to happen immediately? Absolutely going to happen?

Charlotte insisted: ‘Even if I didn’t have kids I would have adopted. There are so many options out there. It wasn’t the end of the world because there are always other options. And so, Jake and Charlotte decided to start trying in December. And though acknowledged that it was too soon, so insisted: ‘At this age there is really no time wasted.’
Sadly, she explained: ‘January came and I had my period and it was a really sad day. I just cried, I cried and cried on the toilet. I told Jake and he was really worried about it.’
The couple then decided to stop trying, realizing that it was too early in their romance to welcome a child, and purchased ovulation sticks to avoid having sex during their fertile days.
But then on Valentine’s Day in February, Charlotte found it strange when she was in no mood to drink or have sex during a surprise romantic getaway at a luxurious London hotel. And then her period was late.

‘I was on the verge of dying. I literally passed out. I was having convulsions. I was having internal bleeding. I had been there for a week and if I had left it, I would have died, I would not be here today.’
But the reality babe insisted on staying with the same doctor who saved her life when she and Jake cried together during their first baby scan, a day after it was discovered they were expecting.
‘It’s lovely to see a man who is in tune with his feelings. When we went for our first baby scan together, we were both in tears and carrying each other’s tissue boxes. He was crying, I was crying.’

Elsewhere in the podcast, Charlotte spoke about breaking up with her ex-boyfriend Liam Beaumont in May last year, describing their split as “wonderful” and insisting there is “no bad blood.”
Talking about Liam, Charlotte insisted: ‘I don’t have any bad feelings or negative words to persist about Liam. That relationship was so positive and it taught me so many lessons that I am nothing more than to be grateful for.
‘It sounds strange to say that. It’s unheard of to get out of a relationship and absolutely hate the ex’s guts, but I don’t have any feelings of resentment.
‘And that’s because I’ve never done anything wrong to him, he’s done nothing wrong to me. We just weren’t meant to be. As crazy as it sounds, it is amazing. We ended on the terms of ‘no bad blood, I wish you all the best’ and then that was it.
‘They taught me that you can have a relationship where the other person isn’t constantly cheating on you, and you’re not constantly feeling crazy and being made to feel like a psychopath.’
‘I am nothing but grateful for Liam. He was a wonderful guy and I wish him the best but we really weren’t like that. Our lifestyle was very different.
