Rick Ross’ pet The buffalo that was given to the rapper/gardener almost a year ago. is causing annoyance to his neighbors
TMZ reports that one of these buffaloes, one named Timbuktu, has roamed several times outside of Ross’s 280-acre “Promise Land” in Georgia. and started grazing on the neighbor’s land
Neighbors were concerned that the two-tonne beast could harm her young children. A neighbor shared pictures of Ross’ buffaloes at her shelter. Encounters with Ross’ team members about buffaloes. and ultimately notified the local police about the situation. She said police told her it was a civil dispute and the report was not filed, TMZ said.
Ross received a buffalo in March 2022 as a gift from his Ethika clothing business partner Darius Burton. that “I want a giraffe for him. But he wasn’t ready for that commitment. So he said let’s start small like a cow. I said no, everyone has a cow. I want you to have one that no one else in your state has. I gave you a buffalo.”
“This is what I’m talking about in existence,” Ross added at the time. “All my life I’ve wanted a heifer. I got a heifer!”
In 2021, Ross spoke to rolling stone about the passion for mowing the lawn Devoting hours to industrial tractors to keep his estate north of Atlanta tidy. “I wanted my shit to look like a golf course,” Ross said. I would cut it that way four or five times in a row. I just want to try something else. Because growing up, you just mow the opposite grass. Here I have a spot that goes up and down the hill. And I like how it looks when you ride down hills. When going up the trench along the hill, it’s beautiful in another way. when i do that It was like, ‘Damn it, you can’t even afford this.’”
However, that passion for landscaping may have affected the water buffalo’s ability to graze. There’s no word yet on whether Ross will build a fence to keep his buffalo from roaming off the land.
