Shark bites fisherman’s finger in horrifying video

Terrifying scene in open water near Florida on Sunday … A shark bites off a fisherman’s finger – and, WarningThe video of the incident is graphic.
The attack went down in Material Key – just a few miles south of Miami – when Brett Reader A 6-foot lemon was attempting to hatch a shark he had just hooked up to.
As the reader went down to catch the animal and remove his instrument from the fish’s gills – he suddenly turned and fell on his hand.
You can see in the video of the bite – which, again, is very graphic – is blood splattered everywhere…’ causing the reader to yell, “F***! I lost my god pinky! F*** *!”
According to a follow-up video posted by Brett, his wife, MandyAfter the bite the boat had to be driven back to shore – while it was bleeding profusely.
Brett eventually lands it back, and he is immediately taken to the hospital. On reaching here, he was operated upon.
It’s unclear whether doctors were able to save Brett’s pinky in the operation — the fisherman said in Thursday’s follow-up video that they would find out the official results of the surgery later this week.
Fortunately, the man appeared to be in good spirits, somehow smiling on camera remembering the incident.
