Sheridan Smith has left ITV’s Saturday Night talent show Starstruck.
The actress, along with fellow panelists, singers Beverly Knight and Adam Lambert, and comic Jason Manford, judged contestants on the music icon’s impersonation.
An ITV spokeswoman said: “We wanted Sheridan to return to the show, but sadly had to decline it due to scheduling conflicts with a new acting project.
“The team loved working with him.
“She was a brilliant judge and provided some invaluable feedback to the contestants.
“We wish him the best.”
We hear the Boss is looking to music stars to replace him.
BAFTA winner Sheridan most recently starred in the film sequels, The Railway Children’s Return, and the TV dramas No Return, Four Lives and The Teacher.
He is definitely in demand.
