Shudder and AMC+ have released the first gruesome trailer for slasher Season 5 stars Emmy winner Eric McCormack. Slasher: Ripper Premiering Thursday, April 6, there are two episodes, and the new installment will take viewers back in time to the late 19th century, where the bloodthirsty killer “The Widow” was big. Jack the Rippers, but her victims weren’t poor and oppressed. But she targets the rich in her serial killings.

There’s a killer stalking the streets. But instead of targeting the poor and humble like Jack the Ripper, The Widow deals justice with the rich and the powerful. The only person standing in the killer’s way is newly promoted detective Kenneth Rikers (Gabriel Darcoo), whose stern belief in justice could make The Widow another victim.
