The World is a Vampire Tour kicks off this July.
The Smashing Pumpkins announced their 26th North American The World is a Vampire Tour, produced by Live Nation. The tour kicks off Friday, July 28th at The Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The tour will feature special guests Interpol, Stone Temple Pilots and Rival Sons are day sponsors. As well as the world’s greatest champions from the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), they compete in most cities. Over 30,000 treks have sold out in Mexico City this year. Including in various cities across Australia this spring. and will expand to other countries in the future
Artist pre-sale begins Tuesday, March 28 at noon local time. until Thursday, March 30, at 10:00 p.m. local time. General sales begin Friday, March 31 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
“I grew up in a world where I needed to know that bands like Siouxsie and the Banshees and The Cure existed, which meant there was a place for people like me to hang out and be a part of it,” says frontman Billy Corgan of The Cure. Bring back a sense of community if you are not suitable you are here It’s about having a shared experience and respecting others. But in the end it’s fun. A true alternative festival where eccentrics and extraterrestrials can come together and throw a party.”

The band also released a new single. “Spellbinding,” which made its radio debut this morning (Tuesday, March 28) during a special live show on Howard Stern showrevealing details of their upcoming tour and release date for their highly awaited third and final act. AtumSlated for release on May 5, Act 3 will come with a special box set containing all 33 tracks from the album and 10 unreleased tracks.
