Sooraj Barjatya joins Mahaveer Jain’s newcomers; to launch a new face in Rajshri Films’ next project.

Acclaimed director Suraj Barchatya recently wowed audiences with his film Uunchai starring Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani and Anupam Kerr. Joining Newcomer Initiative Rajkumar Hirani, Mahaveer Jain and Jio Studios have previously teamed up to launch two fresh faced actors through a feature film under the project. The new development suggests that Sooraj Barjatya will debut a new face in the upcoming project of his production house, Rajshri Films.

Sooraj Barjatya has partnered with Mahaveer Jain and Jio Studios for a newcomer initiative.

The project, to be produced by Rajshri Productions in conjunction with Jio Studios and Mahaveer Jain, will be the second collaboration between Mahaveer Jain and Rajshri Productions following a successful partnership on Uunchai. The Newcomers Program aims to mentor and launch new talent. It is a platform of opportunity for new talents, actors, writers, directors, musicians, technicians etc. from all corners of India.
