in documentaries Rochelle Herman Interview about the activities that led to Jared’s arrest and eventual conviction. for many years While working at a television station in Sarasota, Florida, a whistleblower recorded a conversation she had with him about an underage girl. This all comes after he shockingly admits to her about how he found middle school girls “hot” during their first chat.
Herman has no evidence to report to the police after her initial moments of suspicion, but slowly she begins to record her phone calls with Jared. when he felt more at ease with her In the document, Herman describes her goals in the ongoing conversation:
“I showed myself to be someone he could trust.”
Initially, Jared invites Rochelle back to his hotel room. He once allegedly asked her to tie her hair up. She was immediately rejected by the request and left. She continued to communicate with Fogle and began asking him more about the sexual fantasies he had.
She once asked him during a long-distance phone call why he was attracted to young people. A former Subway spokesperson replied:
“They are good and pure, you know.”
And when Rochelle asked, “How old would he like them to be?”, the weight-loss guru replied:
“I don’t know, middle school or whatever.”
Rochelle wants more pressure. So asked if a 9-year-old child would accept it or not. To which Jared replied:
“Yeah, it’s going to be hot. It’s going to be hot.”
vomit…
At that point in a long distance phone relationship Herman went to FBI To report Fogle’s comments, words alone could not issue an arrest warrant. However, the law enforcement office asked her to continue recording in a bid to monitor Jared’s activities.
During one call, she asked Fogle about the youngest person he had ever been with. And the public figure replied:
“I think 11 or 12… I don’t remember her name.”
Asked about that experience and having sex with children, Fogle told her:
“Of course it’s Thailand. i want you to go with me Any age we want. It’s just crazy. It’s as simple as that. Different ages.
Absolutely disgusting
Of course, as Rochelle pointed out to him over the phone. It is not true that “Go to Thailand all the time,” Fogle agrees:
“No, that’s why I have to go find something here, you know.”
sick!!!
By 2009, the FBI intended to use Herman and Foggle’s tricks as bait. They want him to travel to Florida too. “Specific intent to have sex with minors,” as the doctor explains, so Rochelle invites Fogle to Sarasota for her son’s birthday party! (Wah?!?!)

While talking about the party Herman claimed that Fogle’s comment quickly became sexual. at one point She said he asked her if
“What are you going to do, I tell you? You will let me see my children Are you naked? What if we put cameras in your kids’ rooms? Will they be okay with that? Would you rather have it in your son’s room or your daughter’s? Which one do you think is better? tell me.”
That birthday party didn’t happen. And the FBI still has no evidence to arrest Fogel.
The bureau finally investigated his business. alliancewho also heads Jared’s non-profit foundation — another man named Russell TaylorThey soon discovered a child pornography link between him and Fogle.
The police swoop in to arrest the two men. ever since Each was sentenced to long prison terms. The former Subway star faces 15 years in prison for Herman. She uses this document to describe the post-traumatic stress disorder she has had since trying to disappoint him:
“The number of people working undercover for the FBI has taken a toll on my health. PTSD I experienced because this was debilitating. i really believe that when someone has been in such a stressful situation for many years It can make you nervous about other things.”
Ugh.
