The Producers Guild of America announced the winners of the 34th PGA Awards Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where “Everything Everywhere All at Once” took home the association’s best film Darryl F. Zanuck Award.
The group’s selection has historically been considered a strong predictor of the Best Picture Oscars, with last year’s pick “CODA” and previous winner “Nomadland” being the latest examples of how to win the Best Picture Oscar. Go ahead and win an Oscar.
Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio won the Best Animated Feature award, while Navalni won Best Documentary. In terms of TV shows, “The White Lotus” and “The Bear” topped the list for drama and comedy respectively.
The nonprofit, which has more than 8,000 members, last year elected former 20th Century Fox and Columbia Pictures executive Stephanie Allen as co-chair with former Paramount president Donald De Line. Pictures Allang is the first black woman to hold office.
