New action-packed trailer for the upcoming Dungeons and Dragons The movie has arrived – watch it below.
new movie called Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, is set for release in March next year and stars Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Justice Smith, Hugh Grant, Sophia Lillis and reggae-Jean Page. The trailer for the film was unveiled today (July 21) at Comic-Con in San Diego
In the trailer, Pine’s character can be heard saying: “We didn’t mean to uncover the greatest evil the world has ever seen, but we’re going to fix it,” before breathing dragons into the villages. Snapshots of dragons can be seen.
The trailer was backed by Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love” and featured several big fight sequences – including one with Rodriguez.

A synopsis for the film reads: “A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic, but things take a dangerous turn when they run away from the wrong people. gets messed up.

Unveiling the trailer at today’s Comic-Con panel, directors Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daly talked about their personal history with the Dungeons & Dragons game.
“I’ve been an avid player since I was 14 when I starred in the show Freaks and Geeks, “Daily told the audience. “Anyone who plays D&D knows it’s not just a sport. It’s the feeling you get when you play the game” (via) Hollywood Reporter,
