Will Brittney return to guardianship?
Cristina Perez, who is a TV judge and law graduate, has spoken about Britney’s guardianship case. In an interview with The US Sun, she said that it would only be under “exceptional circumstances” that a Los Angeles court could return control of Britney’s life to her parents Jamie and Lynn Spears, husband or friend.
Fans are extremely worried about the possibility that Britney may lose control of her life for a second time due to mental health concerns. Kristina suggested that the L.A. judges would have to find “real evidence” that proved Britney was incapable of taking care of herself. The only way he would lose his freedom would be if he proved to be a danger to others and to himself.
